Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of experience successfully handling General Liability claims.
- Prior experience working with Public Entities is highly preferred, demonstrating a valuable specialization in the field.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience utilizing various claims database management systems
Responsibilities
- Apply deep knowledge of tort liability and statutory law (including government immunity) to resolve complex, high-severity claims.
- Conduct thorough fact-finding and evidence analysis to accurately evaluate liability and assess damages.
- Manage litigation by strategically coordinating with legal counsel and guiding claims through all phases, from arbitration to trial.
- Skillfully negotiate favorable settlements, resolving claims with authority and confidence.
- Review client policies to decisively identify potential exposures and implement effective strategies to reduce future claim frequency.
