About The Position

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in its New Orleans, LA office. The General Liability Practice is comprised of over 600 attorneys nationwide who successfully represent defendants in significant exposure cases across numerous general liability areas. This includes providing defense for a variety of property and personal injury claims for both insured and self-insured businesses and individuals. The firm's attorneys are equipped to handle a wide range of matters, excelling in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. The partners and senior associates within the General Liability Practice are seasoned and well-respected trial attorneys with broad trial experience, having received prominent recognition, including being cited by the National Law Journal for obtaining one of the "Top Ten Defense Verdicts of the Year."

Requirements

Strong research and writing skills
At least two (2) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation
Admission to the Louisiana Bar
