About The Position
Lewis Brisbois, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney for its General Liability Practice in Providence, RI. The firm's General Liability Practice consists of over 600 attorneys nationwide, specializing in defending clients in significant exposure cases across various general liability areas. This includes property and personal injury claims for both insured and self-insured businesses and individuals. The practice excels in litigating and trying catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases, with partners and senior associates recognized for their extensive trial experience. The firm is looking for attorneys with strong research and writing skills and litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, but also welcomes talented attorneys with substantive litigation experience from other areas. Requirements
- strong research and writing skills
- at least two (2) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation
- Admission to the Rhode Island Bar
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
