About The Position

As an Entry-Level Sanitation Team Member at Farmer Focus, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas to meet USDA standards. You’ll work closely with your team lead and fellow associates to ensure a safe, hygienic environment that supports our commitment to quality and food safety.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn and follow sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in food processing or industrial cleaning is a plus but not required. We provide on-the-job training.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment, floors, and workspaces using approved chemicals and tools
• Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and handling of cleaning agents
• Assist with setup and teardown of sanitation equipment
• Report any safety or cleanliness concerns to the team lead
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead or supervisor
