About The Position
The Ohio State University at Newark seeks a semester lecturer to teach General Education 1201 courses in Spring 2026. Responsible for facilitation of in-class learning activities, assessments (i.e., quizzes, exams, and homework if applicable), offering of weekly office hours, submission of grades, and resolution of any ongoing student or course issues. Performance Objectives: Teaching: Develop and deliver courses in formats that could include in classroom, online, or hybrid. Contribute to the creation and improvement of course content.
