The core responsibilities of this role include: Assist department in performing any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures.Maintain inventory records.Perfo rm daily inventory management procedures and duties. Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary. Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product. Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records. Position: General Clerk - A Shift Shift: 4:45am-3:15pm, Tuesday-Friday Pay: $20.00per hour In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:Previous General Clerk experience and Forklift experience for the machines: PC = ELECTRIC PALLET JACK 17,SP = ORDER PICKER 7, Must be detail-oriented, and a team player. Must have some Microsoft Excel experience.Must be able to work schedule listed above. Requirements

  • Must be able to work schedule listed above.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
  • 0-2 years related experience, preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Previous General Clerk experience
  • Forklift experience for the machines: PC = ELECTRIC PALLET JACK 17,SP = ORDER PICKER 7
  • Must be detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Must have some Microsoft Excel experience.
  • WMS experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist department in performing any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory records.
  • Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
  • Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
  • Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
  • Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
  • Manually prepares purchase orders for signature.
  • Answers telephones, conveys messages, and runs errands.
  • Operates various office machines, opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
  • Maintains the site’s files
  • Conducts limited research.
  • Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
