We’re hiring an General Automotive Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, finance, inventory, pricing, and compliance. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong business acumen, a passion for customer service, and a drive to exceed performance goals. The starting wage for this position is $58,240 per year

Requirements

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Experience in car sales management, auto financing, and dealership operations
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience with P&L responsibility
• Strong knowledge of F&I processes and vehicle product features
• Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Computer literate and goal-oriented with excellent customer service skills
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profitability targets across all channels
• Finalize purchase, trade-in, and sales agreements
• Drive strong CRM metric accountability and customer satisfaction (NPS)
• Support digital retailing initiatives, including R2B
• Manage inventory, vehicle pricing, and merchandising
• Oversee the reconditioning process to ensure vehicles are photo-ready
• Assist in training and coaching the sales team
• Provide continuous performance feedback and support
• Maintain proper staffing levels per corporate guidance
• Ensure ICC (Internal Audit Checklist) compliance
• Manage employee, consumer, and vendor issues
• Lead store operations with a focus on safety, service, and efficiency
