How you will create impact: As a GenAI Change Analyst at AIG, you will help drive change to achieve the organization’s top change priorities related to GenAI usage and ensure successful outcomes, on time and on budget. Reporting to the GenAI change management and communications leader, the GenAI Change Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of change initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on relevant data. You will work closely with the GenAI change management team, project teams, and business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that enable outcome attainment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of change management experience either through consultancy, business operations, program management or process improvement roles.
  • 1+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, consulting or similar industries
  • 1+ years developing and maintaining business-critical reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Dynamic and capable of executing successfully in an ever-evolving environment
  • Ability to communicate in written, presentation, and oral forms, and ability to lead through influence is critical to the success of this role.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationship and empathize with business stakeholders.
  • Business and commercial acumen and understanding of the insurance industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with commercial insurance products, processes, operations, business models, data, and technologies across a Global organization is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with change management initiatives at large global organizations.
  • Understanding of how change affects People, Process and Technology
  • Experience in executive-level communications development and high-degree of comfort in working/communicating with senior business leaders.
  • You are passionate about innovation and new technologies, specifically within AI & GenAI

Responsibilities

  • Assist the change management team with the development and implementation of change management plans and strategies.
  • Support communication efforts by drafting messages and providing data and insights to inform communication plans.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to change initiatives, including change requests , impact assessments , stakeholder engagement , and communication effectiveness .
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to inform decision-making and improve change management processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and regularly share reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to track the progress and outcomes of change initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with change managers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives.
