Change Management Analyst The Change Management Analyst supports the execution of change management, communications, and training activities for enterprise and cross-functional initiatives. This role helps ensure employees are informed, engaged, and equipped to adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working. The analyst will work closely with senior team members to support project delivery, track milestones, and contribute to key deliverables such as stakeholder engagement materials, communications, and training content. The Work: Change Management Support Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and impact analysis. Support the coordination and documentation of change activities across workstreams. Track change risks, issues, and mitigation actions in collaboration with project teams. Communications Support Draft internal communications such as announcements, updates, FAQs, and briefing materials. Coordinate reviews and approvals of communications content. Training & Adoption Support the design and delivery of learning materials (guides, quick reference sheets, presentation decks). Coordinate training logistics and feedback collection. Track adoption and engagement metrics post-launch. Data & Reporting Support the collection and analysis of feedback, adoption data, and stakeholder input. Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and post-project retrospectives. Collaboration Partner with corporate function leads and initiative owners to ensure alignment on timelines, messages, and rollout activities. Participate in shared services team meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in change management, communications, or project coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of organizational change management principles (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
