About The Position

The Brand Affiliate Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting end-to-end product and business operations, from product kickoff through launch and post-launch performance monitoring. This role collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of brand affiliate projects, purchasing operations, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in product operations, brand management, or purchasing preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in Korean and English
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A): Marketing (Required)
  • Experience Range III: 4 - 8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Korean

Responsibilities

  • Brand Affiliate Project Management Prepare and support product kickoff presentations and internal launch projects
  • Manage Material Master data creation and system updates
  • Update and maintain information in the FCST (Forecast) system
  • Monitor product sales performance and provide regular reports
  • Support overall launch readiness and follow-up activities
  • Regulatory & Product Administration Coordinate with RA (Regulatory Affairs) teams to verify and manage product labels and regulations
  • Maintain accurate product documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Procurement & Logistics Operations Issue purchase orders (POs) and manage end-to-end purchasing processes
  • Coordinate shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and logistics tracking
  • Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Communication & Coordination Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution
  • Support communication across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Logistics, and Finance
