About The Position

We are hiring an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. DISCOVER Are you ready to help shape a premium brand experience that customers and dealers love? As the Assistant Brand Manager at Watkins Wellness, you will partner with the Brand Manager to implement short and long-term marketing programs, strengthen dealer retail marketing, and deliver high impact campaigns across channels. You will bring brand strategy to life through promotions, advertising and PR support, digital content, and compelling collateral. You will collaborate with Marketing Services, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Creative Design, Sales, specialty retail dealers, and outside agencies. YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT Ready to build brands? Implement and manage marketing initiatives for the assigned brand, including national campaigns, dealer retail marketing, and showroom programs. Measure program performance, analyze return on investment, and recommend improvements that increase impact. Ensure the customer experience aligns with brand image and strategy. Can you communicate with clarity? Partner with Marketing Services to develop inspiring collateral and write copy for point of sale, merchandising, and multi-channel content. Support advertising and PR deliverables that align with brand positioning and guidelines. Do you elevate digital? Collaborate with Digital and Marketing Services to optimize the brand website, develop digital media, write copy, and create content that drives engagement and conversion. Do you plan and prioritize? Work closely with Brand Managers to build and maintain the annual marketing calendar, sequencing launches, promotions, and content with the right resourcing. Is critical thinking your strength? Contribute to brand vision, value proposition, positioning, and messaging. Apply brand style and messaging guidelines consistently across channels and partners. Do you thrive in cross functional projects? Coordinate creative, digital, product, and sales partners to deliver projects on time and within budget. Assist with the management of brand expense budgets. Are you a compelling brand representative? Assist in the planning and execution of dealer conferences and sales meetings. Participate in presentations and training as a brand representative and subject matter expert. Do you like to stay current? Keep up with general marketing, online and retail marketing trends through trainings, certifications, webinars, networking events, and other opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in a manufacturing environment; luxury durable goods or pool and spa industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in marketing content and communications, brand and product positioning, advertising creative and media, product management, digital marketing and social media, project management, consumer products, and financial/return on investment analysis.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and brand guardianship; analytical approach with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.
  • Collaborative communicator who can influence cross functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dealer direct and retail marketing is a plus.
