About The Position

efficiently is hiring a construction-savvy GC Engagement Specialist who serves as the primary connector to our GC clients. You’ll work directly with General Contractor Project Managers in high-end residential construction to keep them engaged, supported, and successful, while coordinating internally with our DIA team to ensure smooth execution and real project impact. Your mission: Make the PM’s job easier, maintain tight communication, and ensure efficiently becomes essential on every high-end residential project.

Requirements

• background in construction within high-end residential projects
• Procore experience is a must
• experience working with PMs, supers, subs, and designers
• understand drawings, RFIs, specs, finishes, change management
• strong communicator, organized, proactive
• comfortable managing demanding GC clients
• steady under pressure, detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• act as the primary point of contact for GC PMs
• maintain tight weekly communication
• collect drawings, specs, selections, changes, RFIs
• understand project issues, sequencing, and deadlines
• ensure PMs always know what is happening next
• translate PM inputs into clear DIA tasks
• package design intent, changes, and documentation
• track DIA turnaround times
• ensure outputs match GC expectations
• present structured item schedules
• walk PMs through updates and required decisions
• flag unclear or missing information
• escalate risks early
• help PMs use efficiently for documentation, approvals, and coordination
• resolve friction points
• reinforce efficient workflow habits
• monitor usage patterns
• deliver early wins
• maintain consistent engagement
• protect PM satisfaction
• identify opportunities for expansion across more projects
