The GBM Operations Enablement Lead role connects and drives value creation across programs, processes, and teams that advance digital & technology efforts and ensures alignment to the vision, enduring principles and strategic priorities of Global Biopharma Manufacturing. This includes, but is not limited to, setting objectives and digital & technology priorities, strengthening organizational capabilities and preparedness, fostering greater business adoption and confirming expected impact. This role partners with various programs such as Integrated Technology Roadmap, PGS Digital Governance, Forward Impact Teams, Trusted Data and Responsible AI, Gold Batch and functions including PGS Digital and GTEL to deliver meaningful solutions for Global Biopharma Manufacturing. In this role you will: Integrated Technology Roadmap (iTRM) Core member on the iTRM Process Team Standardize and drive continuous improvement in iTRM process, tools and timelines Translate priorities and technology strategy into network needs Align network behind a common tech vision T5 GBM Facilitator Communicate network priorities and technology strategy Leads the annual iTRM process with the leadership team and alignment across T4 clusters Ensure initiatives are aligned to the needs of the business Verify initiatives put in place are achieving their desired outcomes PGS Digital Governance GBM Representative on T5 Digital Council Provide strategic oversight and governance for digital initiatives Ensure alignment with business priorities and resource allocation Drive timely decision-making including capital trade-offs and future investments Partner on PGS Digital Governance priorities to drive standardization and alignment across systems and processes, from intake and digital portfolio & capital planning to value and progress tracking Partner with other programs, processes and teams as needed including Forward Impact Teams, Trusted Data and Responsible AI, Golden Batch, GS Digital and GTEL to deliver meaningful solutions for GBM Role Responsibilities for Program Management: Collect and analyze and synthesize input from leaders and stakeholders to find largest sources of loss and greatest opportunities to drive value through digital & technology efforts Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define goals, priorities, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business strategies Lead project teams as needed to ensure effective development and execution of project scope, timelines, quality standards, and benefit realization Develop, implement and maintain a consistent management framework and structure to monitor and report progress, ensuring accountability and guiding decisions Connect individual projects to the overarching mission, vision, and strategy of the organization Identify and manage interdependencies between projects and risks Coordinate and prioritize resources (people, budget, tools) across different projects for maximum efficiency Ensure the collective outcomes of projects deliver tangible benefits and improvements for the business Create synergies and replicate learnings where possible, delivering greater overall value and accelerating improvements through coordinated initiatives Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across all project and program teams, leveraging constructive relationships throughout the network Apply Project-based Ways of Working (PWOW) and IMEx approach

Requirements

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred with at least 8 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 7 years of related experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of related experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing complex, cross-functional portfolios
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project & portfolio management and executive stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding and application of program management methodologies
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication (written/verbal) skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, structured thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Strong business acumen, Pfizer network and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels including senior leaders
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on delivering value and driving continuous improvement
  • Exceptional presentation & facilitation skills with an ability to succinctly present messages
  • Evidence of innovation and continuous improvement mindset
