This role owns the execution of AI-enabled improvements in recruiter productivity, customer experience, operational efficiency, and sales effectiveness-not just education or facilitation. Rather than acting as a consultant or advisor, the AI Enablement Lead identifies, implements, and scales AI solutions that deliver tangible outcomes. This role works directly with branch teams, field leadership, and corporate functions to embed AI into daily workflows, ensure adoption, and track realized value. The ideal candidate is early in their career (2+ years), highly execution-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated by impact. They do not need to build AI models but must be able to translate AI capabilities into real operational gains and hold teams accountable for using them.
