Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Successful completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology
Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Virginia
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Valid DEA registration

Responsibilities

Outpatient practice with inpatient coverage responsibilities
Collaborate with 3 hospitalists, 10 outpatient physicians, and 2 advanced proceduralists
Teaching opportunities with Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine residents
