About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Gastroenterology Physician at the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, Maine. Position Highlights: Highly desired location with low cost of living Give back and care for our Nation's armed forces Provide professional guidance and teaching to house staff and medical students assigned to the Gastroenterology Service through patient rounds and other direct interaction and instruction. Monday through Friday from 0700 -1700. On Call - once a month
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology Fellowship program
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Any active state medical license
- Active BLS & ACLS life support certifications
- Active DEA registration
Responsibilities
- Provide professional guidance and teaching to house staff and medical students assigned to the Gastroenterology Service through patient rounds and other direct interaction and instruction.
