Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• No garage door experience needed – we provide full paid training.
• Training period typically lasts 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the individual’s skill level, learning pace, and performance.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders.
• Natural problem-solving skills and strong communication.
• Sales-minded individuals encouraged – earning potential is highly commission-driven.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential garage doors and openers.
• Deliver 5-star customer service with every interaction – empathy and professionalism are key.
• Document work with clarity – including notes, diagrams, and photos.
• Ensure all work meets the highest safety standards.
• Identify and recommend additional solutions that benefit the customer – we appreciate natural sales instincts!
