Requirements

Minimum 6 months of garage door industry experience
Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical experience a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Clean, professional appearance and comfort working directly with customers
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Fluent English speaker and writer
Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs
Valid driver’s license with 5+ years clean driving record
Comfortable using an iPad for job documentation
Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Perform service repairs and new installations
Recommend products and services when appropriate (no high-pressure sales)
Provide professional, friendly customer service focused on peace of mind
Accurately document work performed and parts used using an iPad
Follow all company safety standards and procedures
