Requirements

General knowledge of hand and power tools
Basic understanding of garage door systems (or willingness to learn)
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical labor
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic; punctual and dependable
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Prior garage door installation or service experience
Construction, mechanical, or trade experience
Electrical or mechanical troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

Install residential and light commercial garage doors and openers
Perform service and repair work (springs, cables, rollers, tracks, openers, etc.)
Safely remove and replace existing garage doors and components
Load, unload, and transport doors, parts, and tools
Follow company safety procedures and job site standards
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Complete job documentation as required
Participate in cross-training opportunities in insulation, gutter, and shelving divisions as needed
