About The Position
Looking to learn a trade that actually pays off? At Garage Pros, we’re hiring a Garage Door Technician Apprentice. No experience needed. If you show up, work hard, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, we’ll teach you everything else. This isn’t a “grab coffee and watch” kind of role. You’ll be in the field from day one, learning how to install, repair, and service garage doors and openers alongside experienced techs.
Requirements
- Reliable. If you say you’ll be there, you’re there
- Good attitude. No whining, no drama
- Comfortable using tools (or willing to learn fast)
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders
Responsibilities
- Assisting lead technicians on installs and service calls
- Learning how to troubleshoot and fix garage door issues
- Handling tools, parts, and job site setup
- Talking with customers and representing the company well
- Getting better every single week
