As a Student Receptionist you’ll greet everyone who steps into Weimer Hall with a smile, become the first stop for questions about programs and facilities, and keep the lobby buzzing with energy and order. What you’ll do: Welcome visitors, classmates, and guests, answering and routing calls with ease. Keep the lobby tidy and welcoming, so everyone feels at home. Arrange appointments, schedule rooms, and guide tours of campus when needed. Spot maintenance or safety issues and report them promptly to keep students and staff safe. Requirements
- Federal Work Study Student
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a receptionist, having excellent customer service skills, or if you had administrative support is highly valuable.
- Experience in higher education or within a large, multi-department professional environment is also helpful, as is familiarity with media or communications settings.
