About The Position

Broad River Retail is currently seeking a Furniture Prep and Assembly Associate to join our Operations Team. The position is responsible for assembling pieces of furniture to ensure excellent product quality before being delivered to the customer.

Requirements

• Ability to follow a detailed set of assembly instructions
• Ability to SAFELY use small power tools and hand tools
• Properly and safely use tools and box cutters
• Ability to stand, stoop, walk, and crouch, for an entire shift
• Willingness to collaborate with other teammates to perform task at hand

Responsibilities

• Unpacking and assembly of furniture in an organized manner
• Inspect furniture for damages
• Exercise proper product handling techniques
• Lift and move products up to 50 pounds, or more using appropriate tools
• Document complete work according to standardized procedures
• All other duties as assigned

• Hourly Rate of $15/hr. Paid Weekly
