You will implement the processes, standards, and analytics that help Indirect Category Managers to operate and meet our goals. You will report to the Director, Global Category Management Indirect and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of procurement, operational excellence, supply chain, or process management experience.
  • Experience with procurement systems and tools
  • Experience in process design, continuous improvement and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in analytics and BI tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting category management teams or procurement transformation preferred.
  • Experience with contract management, risk assessment, and legal/commercial frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Operating Management System (OMS), including category management standards, workflows, templates, and governance.
  • Standardize procurement processes for category strategy development, RFx management, contracting, and supplier performance management.
  • Oversee procurement policies, procedures, and strategies and lead operational improvements.
  • Maintain internal controls, ensure audit readiness, and support regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee strategy for procurement technology platforms and improve data quality and standardization.
  • Train Category Managers, Buyers, and partners to ensure use of digital tools.
  • Build KPI tools covering savings, cost avoidance, contract coverage, supplier performance, cycle time, and risk indicators.
  • Lead analytics related to spend segmentation, opportunity assessments, benchmarks, and category insights.
  • Lead adoption of best practices and demand management tools.
  • Partner with Category Managers to ensure efficient execution of category strategies and compliance with standards.
  • Support executive‑level reporting for supply chain transformation, cost optimization, and digital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority, corporate ethics, contracting requirements, and data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain contracting templates, terms and conditions, and clause libraries within Icertis.
  • Integrate supplier diversity, sustainability, and ESG goals into the procurement operating framework.
