About The Position

▪ Document client functional and non-functional requirements based on new/updated policies and products ▪ Conduct design sessions to develop detailed requirements for the proposed features of custom product requirements ▪ Lead demos of the product features/functionalities to the client teams and help them determine appropriate product configuration settings based on their business requirements ▪ Lead conversations with clients to identify gaps in the product to meet their business operations and help with resolution processes via change requests ▪ The primary point of contact for client-initiated change requests (CRs) ▪ Collaborate with project managers (PMs) and developers to craft potential solutions, ensuring the internal teams understand the client's business requirements, use cases, and context ▪ Assist PMs with the preparation of CR documents and creating estimates for the CR’s ▪ Manage the CR through the creation and review process including scheduling meetings and tracking action items ▪ Walk the client through proposed solutions for release information ▪ Assist the internal UAT lead with triaging defects and engage PMs and others as necessary to resolve questions ▪ Collaborating with the Client Success Manager and other stakeholders to evaluate risks and cost evaluation of implementation ▪ Review project deliverables like requirements documents, use case documents, data analysis & system performance reports, user guides, training documents, etc. ▪ Create, maintain and monitor the project plan, cost-benefit, and milestone documents along with the release and project management team.

Requirements

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field
  • Requires proficient knowledge of: · SQL, PL/SQL, C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, Android API, ASP & JSP Scripts, CSS, XML and HTML. XQuery, JIRA, Microsoft Share Point.
  • Proficiency may be obtained through education or experience.
