About The Position

Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders and end users through workshops and working sessions. Create and maintain project documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and System Requirement Specifications (SRS). Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to support system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations. Document business processes, use cases, and functional specifications. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing activities with business users. Design system solutions that meet business needs and align with enterprise IT architecture standards. Develop detailed functional design artifacts including process flows, data models, and system interfaces. Collaborate with system analysts, architects, vendors, and internal development teams to coordinate and deliver technical solutions. Provide Level 2 application support, including incident management, break/fix activities, and production issue resolution. Perform various testing activities including Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing. Develop and execute complex SQL queries and stored procedures using: Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and technical documentation to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Manhattan WMOS (2010 & 2018)
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle EnterpriseOne (E1) or similar ERP systems
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server, including stored procedures and triggers
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) processes across: Warehouse Management Transportation Management Order Management
  • 2+ years of experience with integration technologies such as XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM)
  • 1+ year of experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or IBM Cognos
  • 1+ years of experience supporting warehouse machine automation systems
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global operations environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with QAD Precision / TRAX preferred
