Requirements
- Strong cash‑handling experience
- Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, team‑oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers
- Maintain accuracy and security in all cash‑handling activities
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist members with account questions and basic financial needs
- Promote credit union products and services when appropriate
