About The Position

Collaborate with a software development engineering team engaged in designing, building, configuration, testing, analysis, delivery, and support of Technology project-based work, managed services and solutions to clients. Assist clients to transform their business problems through disruptive innovation enablement, engineering and transformational design solutions. Lead teams to support clients in modernizing systems, processes and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms to support high performance in a rapidly changing and competitive environment. Collaborate with engagement teams to leverage Microservices, Cloud, Omni channel integration, API Management and open-source technologies to enable end to end automation. Drive engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, to design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications. Demonstrate hands-on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages. Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing; based on a proven agile methodology. Design & architect large business critical systems. Provide high quality client service by directing periodic engagement progress status to client engagement teams. Deliver high quality systems with focus on reliability and excellent customer experience. Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 8 years of technology work experience (of which 5 years must be progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience). Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 7 years of technology work experience.
  • Must have 6 years of experience in technology software development.
  • Must have 6 years of experience with full stack software product development.
  • Must have 5 years of experience with DevOps technologies, and its supporting services and tools.
  • Must have 6 years of back-end experience using one or a combination of the following modern technologies - Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, and/or Serverless.
  • Must have 6 years of back-end experience using one or a combination of the following Cloud technologies - AWS, and/or Azure.
  • Must have 4 years of front-end development experience with one or a combination of the following modern frameworks - React, Angular, and/or Responsive web design.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Must have 5 years of hands-on experience building applications and platforms with cloud native or Microservices architecture in one or a combination of IaaS, PaaS, and/or container deployment.
  • Must have 5 years of experience with one or a combination of the following modern collaborative development tools - Git, and/or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Must have 6 years of experience working with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing, and working with TDD or BDD software development techniques.
  • Must have 6 years of experience in delivering digital projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology.
  • Must have 5 years of experience with one or a combination of any of the following technologies: o Akka/Scala o Kafka/RabbitMQ o ElasticSearch o AngularJS/ReactJS o Hadoop/Spark/Flume o Mongo/Cassandra/Any NoSQL DB
  • Requires travel up to 50%, including international travel up to 10%, to serve client needs.
