Learn more at www.circana.com. Role Summary As a Sr Manager of Client Service Operations, you will lead service delivery and operational excellence for a major retail client. This role ensures timely, high-quality deliverables, leverages technology to streamline processes, and strengthens client relationships through data-driven insights and proactive support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, Technology, CPG, Retail, Market Research, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client service operations or retail analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data platforms and technology solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop account plans and stakeholder maps to deepen partnerships.
  • Provide training and support for Circana platforms and services.
  • Maintain proficiency in Circana platforms (Unify, Liquid Data, OmniMarket).
  • Develop and enhance custom client databases and models.
  • Leverage technology and AI to automate and streamline operations.
  • Manage projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues with clear communication.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reports.
