As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet user needs and business objectives. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Technologies: Container Platform : OpenShift V4, Docker (Deployment, Route, Services, Config Map, secret, Etc.) Java-11 Spring Boot (Security, JPA, Actuator, REST, SOAP, Etc.) InteliJ (IDE) Workflow and Business Rules : Flowable 6.7.2 CI-CD Pipeline: Bitbucket (git), Jenkins (Ci/CD), SonarQube Contrast/Checkmarks, JIRA, Confluence, Maven MongoDB 4.4.18 (Mongo Compass) SQL Server (Table, Procedure, Indexes, Sequence, Etc.) Angular 14 and above Visual Studio Code (General purpose IDE (Frontend) ) Typescript, HTML 5, CSS3 Integration with Java RESTFul APIs Asynchronous data handling Proficiency in Technologies, Knowledge of the Technology Ecosystem, Cloud Technology, Modern Software Architectures and Paradigms, Performance and Quality PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.

Responsibilities

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.

• Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
