About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our technical talent. This is more than just filling roles — it’s about building relationships, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and helping us connect with the brightest minds in technology. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical technical positions such as engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists. From sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, you’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a champion of our employer brand. Additionally, you’ll provide backup support for core HR functions, contributing to the overall success of our people operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (e.g., engineers, data scientists, AI/ML roles).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms).
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR and recruitment matters.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and labor laws.

  • Experience recruiting in AI, ML, or Data Engineering domains.
  • Creative sourcing techniques and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and team needs.
  • Source and attract top-tier technical talent via job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct resume reviews and initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding for selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and outreach via platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent markets.
  • Provide backup support for HR operations as needed.
