About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a Bookkeeper for our location in Fort Myers. City Wide is the nation’s leading company in the building maintenance management industry. We provide solutions for a wide range of maintenance issues that our clients encounter at their facilities. In this position, you will serve our rapidly growing Fort Myers location, one of more than 100 markets covered across the United States and Canada. Our mission at City Wide is to create a ripple effect by positively impacting the people and communities we serve. The Full Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for recording timely and accurate financial transactions for Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Account Reconciliations and Financials Statements.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Customer Invoicing
  • Account collections and customer service
  • Vendor management including credit cards, insurance, facilities and supply houses
  • Payroll management and processing
  • Facilitate cash management
  • Customer contract management, setup and monthly billing
  • Independent contractor management, setup, and monthly payments
  • Ensure accuracy of financial records – reconciling all balance sheet accounts monthly.
  • Create reports and financial statements, explain variances to management.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements (sales tax, etc.)
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
