About The Position

Join a reliable and growing construction firm as a Bookkeeper responsible for managing ledgers, handling construction draws, reconciling accounts, and supporting job cost tracking using Sage 300.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Sage 300 (Timberline).
• Strong job costing knowledge and financial accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and perform reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage construction draws and job costing using Sage 300.
• Assist with preparation of budgets and financial reports.
• Reconcile financial accounts including bank and credit cards.
• Support month-end and year-end closings.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
