About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the full cycle of our day‑to‑day accounting operations. This role maintains the financial accuracy and integrity of our business, handling AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, reporting, and providing key support to leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be Orlando-based
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or Sage
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable end‑to-end.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely and accurate posting of all transactions.
  • Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
  • Track fixed assets and assist in preparing depreciation schedules.
  • Assist with quarterly and year-end tax preparations.
  • Support budgeting and cash‑flow monitoring, as appropriate.
