About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks expertise. Prior public accounting firm experience a plus . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who can manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, maintain financial accuracy, and operate independently with minimal supervision. This position requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of accountability and professionalism.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience
• Prior experience in a public accounting firm preferred
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and GAAP principles
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Experience with payroll tax filings and sales tax reporting
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred but not required)
• CPA firm background strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process payroll and related tax filings
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Support tax preparation by providing accurate financial reporting
• Communicate directly with clients regarding financial matters
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and firm standards
