The Fulfillment Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for working in a closed-door, fast paced pharmacy production line and will be involved in the processing and shipping of prescription orders. Under the supervision of the PIC/Group Supervisor, the Fulfillment Specialist will also be scanning, sorting, and assisting with preparing shipments to stores using automated equipment/conveyor systems. The Fulfillment Specialist will work as part of a team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders and maintain a continuous and consistent workflow to help meet team goals. The position is an onsite role based in Ridgefield, WA.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
  • Preparation of prescription orders for delivery, with non-technician tasks to support central fill operations.
  • Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
  • Assist in organizing totes on pallets to prepare for shipment.
  • Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
  • Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.
