What you will be doing The Fulfillment Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for working in a closed-door, fast paced pharmacy production line and will be involved in the processing and shipping of prescription orders. Under the supervision of the PIC/Group Supervisor, the Fulfillment Specialist will also be scanning, sorting, and assisting with preparing shipments to stores using automated equipment/conveyor systems. The Fulfillment Specialist will work as part of a team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders and maintain a continuous and consistent workflow to help meet team goals. The position is an onsite role based in Ridgefield, WA. Pay Transparency Pay Rate: $20/hr, plus an additional $2/hr shift premium for hours worked after 4pm. Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility). Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
  • Preparation of prescription orders for delivery, with non-technician tasks to support central fill operations.
  • Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
  • Assist in organizing totes on pallets to prepare for shipment.
  • Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
  • Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.
