About The Position

Keep Supply is a respected and resourceful distributor of heavy commercial and industrial refrigeration parts, equipment and other MRO supplies on a mission to #bethebestpart. No matter the need, we keep our customers supplied and running. We are currently seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team! Keep Supply’s Fulfillment Coordinators work alongside the Operations team to make sure our customers and partners derive value from our loyalty-building service mindset. Our goal is to provide everyone with unreasonably good service and be the best part for all that we serve.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a customer service or operational position
  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Have basic PC skills and some experience with Google Apps and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and ensure that vendors are clearly communicated with on order requests.
  • Proactively communicate current order statuses and set expectations of delivery dates for outstanding orders.
  • Provide sales support for all order questions and follow up.
  • Responsible for keeping the open sales orders delivery dates at consistently low volume of past due delivery dates.
  • Ensure orders are proactively moved into shipping queues and participate in the process of adding shipping costs to orders.
  • Minimize freight cost by determining the most cost effective method to fulfill orders.
  • Work within the CSS team to create and accomplish territory and organizational revenue forecasts.
  • Manage and maintain all communication needed between intercompany departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for your own workload and the workload of the team.
