Your Opportunity, Your Team The Team Lead supports QVC and will assist the Area Manager to coordinate activities of team members in fulfillment processes. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our QVC Florence Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role What You'll Do Lead the daily operations for the assigned area, partnering with other departments. Partner with the manager to resolve more complex issues· Leads, follows operational plan to achieve designated goals, established performance goals, and quality standards. Prioritize, assigns, and reviews maintain departmental efficiency and meet productivity, volume and quality goals. Help lead an assigned team of employees by identifying strengths, opportunities and plans and adjustments for business and cultural results. Keep team informed of necessary updates, respond to questions, and communicate any issues/concerns to the group. Ensure that employee questions or problems encountered are resolved. Coordinate all with the appropriate Manager and support departments. What You Bring Education: High School diploma /GED or equivalent experience. At least 2 years QVC experience in a non-supervisory capacity OR Bachelor's Degree obtained within the last 12 months· Knowledge of QVC's operations preferred.
