Your Opportunity, Your Team The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN, and Support operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments. We'll provide the tools and training you need to succeed in leading your team. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN location daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role. Assigned schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a team‑oriented environment
- Apply problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced settings
- Foster collaboration and positive team culture
Responsibilities
- Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace.
