About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our day shift teams through daily warehouse operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring quality and accuracy in order fulfillment, and creating a positive and productive team environment. The Fulfillment Supervisor leads our back half day shift team, which is typically scheduled Wednesday through Saturday, from 7:00am through 5:30pm. Exact hours worked each day will vary as necessary in order to successfully lead the shift. As a salaried supervisor, this role requires the flexibility to work different shifts or extended shifts as needed, based on the demands of the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse operations, including supervisory responsibilities is ideal. We will consider candidates with successful retail, restaurant or other comparable experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Familiarity with WMS or warehouse management systems.
  • Proficient with Gmail, Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word and Google Docs
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
  • Must be able to read, speak, write and understand Basic English.
  • Able to stand, walk for up to 12 hours.
  • Able to push, pull, grasp, bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

  • E-commerce fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Supply Chain or related field a plus, but not required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish + English) a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of hourly warehouse associates including Team Leads.
  • Champion a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Communicate performance expectations and provide real-time feedback.
  • Monitor daily workload and staffing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate shift start-up and close-down procedures, including daily reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of productivity, attendance, and compliance metrics.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
