About The Position

The Fuel & Lube Assistant will be responsible for assisting with fueling, greasing, and basic fluid services on heavy construction equipment. This role involves supporting equipment inspections, reporting any visible leaks or service concerns, and helping to maintain inventory of oils, filters, and lubricants on the service truck. The assistant must ensure equipment and service areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations, always following established safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE. The position requires completing and submitting basic service documentation and traveling to job sites as directed to assist with daily fueling schedules.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
Willingness to travel and work early mornings or extended hours
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and MVR check

Nice To Haves

Experience working around heavy equipment or in a construction environment
Mechanical aptitude or prior shop/fleet support experience
Interest in growing into a technician or CDL fuel truck operator role

Responsibilities
