About The Position
As a FTTH Installer, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of fiber optic technology to residential and commercial customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful installation and configuration of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) systems, which provide high-speed internet access. This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, as you will be the face of the company during installations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process. Requirements

- Experience in telecommunications or a related field.
- Certification in fiber optic installation or related training.
- Previous experience with customer service in a technical environment.
