Dan's Prize Inc., processes and packages meat product at two production facilities located in Browerville and Long Prairie MN. We have over 600 different meat products; we work with beef, pork, chicken, and turkey. Dan's Prize started in 1986 with 12 employees, and our continued growth has brought us to where we are today with over 530 people. POSITION SUMMARY: Perform routine checks that include, but not limited to, monitoring of production lines, sanitation standards, HACCP checks, label auditing and weight checks. Completion and review of documentation. Assure proper execution of Dan’s Prize HACCP, SQF, NTIS programs as well as company policies and procedures. Provide technical support and training to the plant in areas of USDA regulation compliance, process control program analysis investigation, product performance reporting, GMP's and food safety principles
