About The Position

As the Assistant Manager of Front Services and Valet, you help set the stage for the unforgettable experiences our guests expect from MGM Resorts. You lead a dynamic frontline team, ensuring every arrival, departure, and guest interaction is delivered with warmth, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. Through strong operational oversight and hands-on leadership, you create a seamless experience that reflects our commitment to world-class service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in Hospitality, preferably within Front Services
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
  • Must possess a current valid Driver's License or able to obtain a valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain departmental rules and procedures for all Bell and door and Valet Parking staff
  • Manage all personnel functions including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, termination, payroll and recruitment
  • Oversee departmental operations, maintain high level of service expected by Hotel Management, implement and maintain training of new personnel and developmental training of all staff
  • Direct and motivate all Bell and Door and Valet Parking staff
  • Ensure high productivity of all employees developing effective scheduling and staffing levels
  • Promote and maintain positive service standards
  • Maintain supply inventory levels
  • Assist Risk Management in investigating accidents and handling guest problems up to but not including those that require involvement of Risk Management or senior management
  • Computer knowledge and skills, including the Hotel system
