As a Valet Attendant at Mandalay Bay, you’ll be one of the first and last impressions our guests have, and your warm smile and efficient service will help make it unforgettable. By anticipating needs, moving with urgency, and creating meaningful moments, you’ll set the tone for a seamless resort experience. Your attention to each guest’s unique journey helps create standout memories they’ll take with them long after their visit ends.

Requirements

Experience in a professional role as a driver and is able to work effectively in various weather conditions is preferred
Must possess a current valid Driver's License and able to obtain a valid Driver's License
Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure
Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
