The Banquet Manager at Mandalay Bay is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily banquet operations, ensuring service is delivered in accordance with departmental standards and property policies. This role manages and directs a wide range of banquet functions, including breakfasts, lunches, receptions and dinners, coffee breaks, booth deliveries, cash concessions, and snack bars on the tradeshow floor, while maintaining exceptional service quality and operational efficiency.
