About The Position

Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences? We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front Service Attendant to welcome our guests and assist them during their stay! In this role, you'll greet guests with a smile, answer questions about our property, and provide accurate information on rooms, restaurants, and events. You'll help resolve any guest concerns and ensure a seamless experience by assisting with luggage and opening doors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Six months of prior relevant experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment preferred
• Able to work a varied shift to include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Answer property questions and provide accurate information regarding rooms, restaurants, M life, casino events, promotions, and directions
• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority, and notify the supervisor of all unusual events, missing items, or alleged theft
• Open doors for guests entering and exiting the property
• Load and unload baggage from guests’ vehicles
• Transport luggage and escort guests to and from their assigned rooms and other areas of the property
• Provide assistance, offer room orientation, etc.
• Process tickets for guest items and/or assists with luggage
• Process group baggage for arrivals and departures
• Maintain control of and responsibility for the security of the luggage area/room
