About The Position

In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the resort and surrounding area. Processing guest requests and reservations efficiently. Managing room keys and maintaining accurate guest records. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality environment (preferably 5 hotel experience).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a hospitality property management system (PMS) preferred.
  • Fluency in English and an additional language(s) a plus.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to teamwork.
