About The Position

We are hiring a receptionist who embodies friendliness, helpfulness, and a natural talent for providing exceptional customer service! As the first point of contact for our San Antonio campus, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors while ensuring the front office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• One (1) year of experience as a receptionist.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm and strong computer/word processing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive telephone calls, determine routing, transfer to appropriate personnel, and/or take accurate messages.
• Greet visitors and assist them with their specific requests.
• Assist with typing, data entry, and filing or copying documents.
• Ensure the lobby and reception area are presentable and professional.
• Distribute all incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for pickup.
• Send and receive transcripts for student files.
• Assist the Office Manager with school events such as graduation, new student orientation, and appreciation events.
