Your Role: As a Front Desk Receptionist at the Good Shepherd, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a high degree of personal and professional integrity, mature problem-solving skills, and the ability to act quickly while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages is a PLUS.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming Patients: Greet patients and guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive start to their visit.
- Patient Registration: Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient information in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the medical team, notify them of patient arrivals, and manage any delays.
